Ruby Lee McNary Rice, born December 18, 1943, passed September 19, 2014, at 2014 at 12:15 pm. Ruby is survived by: her loving husband of 51 years, Paul E. Rice; her daughter, Laura Rice Ivey (and her husband Jeff); her granddaughters, Jessalyn Jacks and Allyson Ivey; as well as her sisters elda Mae “Tina” Nicholson and Joan Tribby. A private memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
